The Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan represent more than 4000 Health Care Professionals who work in over 30 professions within the Saskatchewan Health Authority and Affiliate Organizations.
Employees work in hospitals, emergency services, long term care, public health and home care.
Employees fulfill a variety of roles such as Addictions Counsellor’s, Health Educator’s, Pharmacists, Social Workers and Physical Therapists to name a few.

As per Article 19.01 (e) of the HSAS/SAHO collective agreement, the Saskatchewan Private Transportation Index (SPTI) is reviewed and updated quarterly by SAHO. Updates to the rates will be posted on this page.
Health Sector Employees both in and out-of-scope who are laid off may be eligible for career adjustment assistance. This program functions under the authority of the Ministry of Health. For information about this program, contact info@saho.ca.
