Sask Cancer Agency/SGEU Local 3024

SAHO appreciates SGEU Local 3024’s willingness to engage on key topics. Discussions remain ongoing regarding proposals that impact operational flexibility, workforce sustainability, and employee entitlements. The parties also explored proposals of mutual interest to support the retention of employees. Both parties are committed to continued dialogue at future meetings.

Agreement Reached

During these sessions, the parties reached agreement on the following articles:

• Article 24.01 a) Technological Change, notice language
• Article 9.07 a) Re-employment within 180 calendar days
• Letter of Understanding (LOU) for Relocation Expenses for New Employees

Both parties withdrew proposals to reduce the number of outstanding non-monetary items.

Moving Forward

SAHO remains committed to reaching a negotiated collective agreement and looks forward to continued discussions on the remaining outstanding issues.
