 The SAHO/eHealth Saskatchewan and SGEU bargaining committees made progress in discussions on several outstanding areas of interest. 

 Focused Discussions

• Article 6 - Staffing (related to Eligibility Lists)
• Article 9 - Hours of Work (related to Field hours)

Agreed to Articles

• Article 14.2.1.3 and 14.2.1.4 - Trainee Rates
• Article 14.3.1 - Entitlement and Withholding for Probationary and Permanent Full-Time Employees
• Article 14.3.2 - Increments for Permanent Part-Time Employees
• Article 14.4.2.1 - Promotion Formula
• Article 14.4.2.3 - Permanent Employee to Receive Greater Rate Provided
• Article 15.1.6 - Meal Allowance (housekeeping to update terminology)

Next Steps 

SAHO looks forward to further discussions as the parties continue working toward a mutually beneficial agreement.
