The SAHO Bargaining Committee and HSAS had originally been scheduled to meet on September 15 & 16, 2025 in Regina. However, the 15th meeting was adjourned at HSAS request.. As a result the parties only met on September 16, 2025.

During that session, the discussions focused on Land Acknowledgement and Representative Workforce proposals. While agreement has not yet been finalized on those issues, the discussions were collaborative and provided an opportunity to share perspectives, identify areas of mutual interest, and build a stronger understanding of each other’s priorities.

SAHO remains committed to meaningful dialogue and negotiation of a collective agreement which reflects the present-day configuration of healthcare while providing the flexibility to ensure that the needs of the employees, patients, clients and residents are met.     

Our next meetings are scheduled for Regina on October 15, 16 and 17, 2025.
