SAHO and HSAS Reach Tenative Agreement

The Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations Inc. (SAHO) and the Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan (HSAS) have signed a memorandum of agreement on a tentative five-year collective bargaining agreement.

“We are pleased that we have reached a tentative agreement with HSAS,” said Doug Forseth, CEO, SAHO.

 HSAS represents approximately 3500 healthcare employees, working in various fields of therapy, pharmacy and Emergency Medical Services, among others.

The five-year agreement will be effective April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2018. Details will not be released until after the ratification process has been completed.
